Collaboration is key to success on our platform, so we’ve developed tools to make it easy for creators to work with a team safely and easily. Rather than sharing an account, we have a system we call collaborative content.

You can invite a team of other BuiltByBit users to work with you on resources and customise which permissions they have to eliminate the possibility of abuse. The permissions relevant to resources that you can grant to teams are:
To create a team, navigate to the Teams page and click the ‘Create’ button. From there you can add members to your team and set their permissions:
Creating a team doesn’t give all team members immediate access to your resources. Instead, you must edit your resource and click the ‘Manage Collaborators’ button in the sidebar. Once added, the team members will display in the sidebar of your resources as collaborators and will have the permissions you set.
The benefit of this approach of having teams is that you don’t need to edit all resources each time you want to add or remove a collaborator. Once you’ve linked a team to a resource you can edit your team and all resources will automatically update.
