Each time a payment is received you’ll immediately see it on your Transactions page in the Creator dashboard and in your Tebex Wallet.
The transactions page is the place you can view details about transactions you’ve received. Through the advanced filtering capabilities, it is easy to filter based on transaction ID, buyer username, resource, bundle, start date, and end date. From there you can see click on ‘Details’ to see specifics for each of the products where you received funds.
We believe that transparency is important since we know that you need as much information as possible to make the most informed and best decisions. For this reason we make information on all fees readily available through opening the transaction details, including our platform fee on each product in each transaction.
With a combination of different products, discounts, fees and revenue splits possible in each transaction, it can become almost impossible to understand why a buyer was charged the amount that they were. For this reason we provide an itemised list of each product in each transaction, including anything that could have increased/reduced your earnings.
If you weren’t the resource owner when a payment was received and instead received funds through split payments or referral commissions you won’t be able to view any specifics about the product in the transaction. Instead, you’ll just see “You may not view product information as a split revenue or referral payee.”
Once a payment is received into your Tebex Wallet the funds will be added to your Total Balance, but won’t yet be able to be withdrawn. All payments received will have a settlement period that changes depended on which gateway is used. PayPal and card payments (the two most popular gateways) have a settlement period of 3 days, so most payments will be settled after this amount of time.
There are some gateways with considerably longer settlement times, up to 30 days, but these are very uncommon. You can see when a specific payment will be able to be withdrawn by hovering over the clock icon next to the total:
With Pro resources it doesn’t matter what payment method was used by the buyer. All payments will funnel straight into your wallet and after the payments have settled you will be able to withdraw your funds. You can withdraw your funds via PayPal, bank transfer, and wire transfer and what is available to you will depend on the region you select. You can find out some more about withdrawals and any applicable fees here. We would recommend withdrawing via PayPal or bank transfer for easy withdrawals, as wire transfer is the most expensive option.
