Each resource category has its own set of filters relevant to the product type. This provides a powerful way for buyers to quickly cut down the list of products they need to search through to find what they’re after. This benefits you as an creator as your products will be found more by the people who want to buy it!
There’s no way to finesse the filtering system to optimise how often your resource appears. It’s against our rules to provide incorrect filter data as it is misleading to our buyers and unfair to other creators.
Our global rules that clarify this are as follows:
1.21 Do not abuse the filtering system.
1.21.1 Do not input false, misleading or outdated information into your content’s data fields.
1.21.2 Do not leave information which has become outdated within your content’s data fields unless the content is deleted or marked as closed.
To set filters, edit your resource and navigate to the Filters tab. Filling out the filter data isn’t required, but highly recommended as it will lead to a significant increase in your number of impressions through discoverability!
